More Racism from Republicans

These are the folks John McCain is proud to be proud of.

The newsletter of Chaffey Community Republican Women Federated, includes a crudely produced depiction of a $10 food stamp titled “Obama Bucks.” You will gasp when you see it. Really.

This following the Sacramento County Republican display of this offensiveness on their website.

Then there is this “joke” sent round the internet by a Tampa Bay high level fundraiser.

Then for doughnuts there is Jeffery Frederick, State Chair of the Virginia GOP, who stoked his volunteers to make the connection between Obama and Osama to prospective voters. John McCain will be appearing with Mr. Frederick on Saturday.

The Republican National Committee itself is sending out tens of thousands of mailers with dark warnings about Obama: He his not who you think he is.

All “approved of” by John McCain we have to suppose. Put out by people he is proud of.

Here’s a fellow, attending a Palin rally — on camera.

“I’m afraid if he wins, the blacks will take over. He’s not a Christian! This is a Christian nation! What is our country gonna end up like?”

McCain’s like the bad-boy turned boy scout who lit a little fire, just for goofs, doncha know? And when the flames licked higher than his ankles and fingers started pointing he pretended it was no big thing. “I’ll just stamp it out, you sissies,” and to his surprise and fear the fire kept springing up where he wasn’t. The underbrush was tinder dry and the flames spread while he kept the TV ads going and let his side-kick keep dragging the lighted rag through new fields and he got all consumed in anger because people were calling him a bad boy and he wasn’t a bad boy, just a maverick, just a man who liked to get his kicks…

Words for Acts

Perhaps an honest world will never exist. But what's to keep us from dreaming? If each one of us tries to change, maybe we'll succeed.
