More Disaster Looming for Republicans

The odious Michelle Bachman in Minnesota is now in real danger from challenger Tinklenberg.

Bachmann’s Challenger Goes On The Air

Rep. Michele Bachmann’s (R-MN) Democratic opponent El Tinklenberg is taking advantage of the huge windfall of donation he’s gotten in the wake of Bachmann’s Red-Scare-inciting Hardball appearance — he’s raised $700,000 in the last few days, and counting — and is spending $188,000 to air this new spot introducing himself to voters…

Mitch McConnel (yes!) is in trouble in Kentucky

Elizabeth Dole trails Kay Hagen by four points…

Norm Coleman trails Al Franken in Minnesota

Saxby Chamblis is barely ahead of Bruce Lunsford in Georgia…

it goes on and on…

Dan Lungren is running scared in CA-03 and our own Bill Durston is hammering hard. This is where Marinites could most easily throw some help.

And all need your last $50 and $50 and $50!

Words for Acts

Of all the enemies of public liberty, war is perhaps the most to be dreaded, because it comprises and develops the germ of every other. War is the parent of armies. From these proceed debt and taxes. And armies, debts and taxes are the known instruments for bringing the many under the domination of the few...No nation could preserve its freedom in the midst of continual warfare.

James Madison, 1795
