Ahmadinejad is beginning to throw in even the kitchen sink as he is dogged by the growing popularity of Mir Hossein Mousavi, now being backed by Iran’s former reformist president Mohammad Khatami. Yesterday he started making derogatory comments about Mousavi’s wife, who has a wide following of her own.
