Obama Going to Copenhagen with 17% Reduction Goal

Both Climate Change and Climate Progress are excited that Obama is going to the Copenhagen UN conference on climate change, and that he has announced “U.S. emissions reduction target in the range of 17% below 2005 levels in 2020.″
